What to expect from your cleaning

Maintenance Cleaning

Our upkeep-focused service for homes already in maintained condition. If there is significant buildup or more detailed work needed, we will recommend a deep cleaning first. A first visit is not automatically a deep clean.

Throughout included rooms

• Dust accessible furniture, surfaces, shelves, windowsills and baseboards.
• Remove reachable cobwebs and dust safely accessible ceiling fans.
• Clean mirrors; wipe light switches and door handles; empty household trash bins.
• Vacuum accessible floors and rugs; mop appropriate hard floors. Clean under furniture where reachable without moving it.

Kitchen

• Clean countertops, accessible backsplash, sink, faucet and stovetop.
• Wipe appliance exteriors and clean inside the microwave.
• Spot-clean cabinet fronts.

Bathrooms

• Clean toilets, including seats, exteriors and accessible bases.
• Clean sinks, faucets, counters, tubs and showers; spot-clean cabinet fronts.

Deep Cleaning adds

• More detailed attention to buildup in kitchens and bathrooms, including bathroom tile and grout.
• Hand-wipe exposed, accessible baseboards and detail accessible doors, frames, trim and cabinet fronts.

Deep cleaning does not include every possible task or guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage or discoloration.

Move-Out Cleaning includes

The applicable routine and detailed tasks above, plus:

• Detailed cleaning of the agreed areas of an empty home.
• Clean inside the oven and refrigerator.
• Clean inside empty cabinets and drawers.

The home should be empty and the listed interiors accessible. Move-in visits are scoped separately in your confirmation.

Only when included in your confirmed scope

Detailed window glass, tracks and blinds; wall washing; laundry, dishes and organizing; extra rooms, basements and garages.

Oven, refrigerator and cabinet/drawer interiors are extras for Maintenance and Deep Cleaning, but included in Move-Out Cleaning as described above.

Before we arrive

Please make cleaning areas accessible and put away valuables and fragile items. Let Ryan know about delicate surfaces or product restrictions. For first visits, we may request photos after you choose to proceed to confirm the described condition and scope.

If something is different

If the condition or requested work materially differs from what was described, we will discuss any scope or price change with you before doing the additional work. If the home matches the agreed description, we honor the agreed quote.

For fixed-price visits, priorities do not replace other included tasks unless you approve a change. For hourly or time-limited visits, we work through agreed priorities up to the authorized limit. Completing everything may require additional approved time.
